Die Wohnung umfasst 63 m^2 mit einem Kellerabteil und einem Dachgeschossabteil. Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt auf der Nordseite und hat 13m^2. Es gibt einen recht großen Flur, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine schmale Küche mit Tiefkühler und Geschirrspüler, einen großen Wohn/Essbereich und einen Balkon. ! English below ! Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Bushaltestelle Zimmermannstraße, wo der Bus 914 hält. Dieser fährt zum Bahnhof und auf der anderen Seite zu einem großen See. Dabei hält er auch bei dem Einkausfpark in der Nähe mit Gartencenter, MediaMarkt , Supermärkten etc. Man kann auch in ca 5 min zum Bahnhof Weilheim laufen. Dort fährt ca alle halbe h ein Zug nach München oder in Richtung Garmisch und nach Augsburg bzw. Schongau. In die Stadt geht man ca 15 min. Der Ammerfluss ist auch gleich ein paar Straßen weiter. Da er aufgrund seiner Projekte oft das Wohnzimmer nutzen muss, ist dies nicht immer voll begehbar. Er ist aber auch während der Berufsschulzeit nicht zu Hause und du wirst alleine sein. Gerne kann er dich auch mal mit seinem Auto wo hinfahren. Wir haben keine Haustiere und rauchen auch nicht.
