Currently, 2 people are moving out from the apartment, me and one roommate. And the 3rd flatmate, Nico, is staying until July, so soon it will be brand new people in the WG. Nico is a worker and he travels a lot. He is a very nice, chill and interesting person. He really values cleanliness, so everyone can live respectfully in the flat. So that would be an imortant point for a tenant. The rent is 810 per month. And usually every June it increases 3-5% (so +20 euros on average) The deposit is one month’s rent, so 810 euros. And I would like to give my furniture that I can’t unfortunately move with me, so it should be handed over. So for the furniture it would be 390 euros. The start of rent would be from 1st of April. Please note, that you would need to provide a proof of income, Schufa (jetzt beantragen) certificate and optionally (that would be a huge plus) liabilty insurance. As well as passport and self disclosure form. All of this can be shared after the viewing. Hi everyone, I will be moving out of my room on the 1st of April, so I am looking for its next tenant. The room is part of a 2-room apartment. It is 12m2 approximately, very bright and nice. The window is facing the west side and in the evening you can see nice sunsents. It has all the furniture you need and it is quite spacious.
Lage
It’s located at Ursberger Straße, which is in the Berg am Laim region. It’s a very very nice neighbourhood. 185 bus is within 3 minutes walking, U2 and tram 21 are around 9 minutes on foot, S Bahn is 1 stop away by bus, or around 17 minutes on foot. It has a Rewe 4 minutes walk away. Also there is Lidl and DM a little bit farther, but still within walking distance (around 15 minutes).
