Sanitary 2 showers and 4 toilets. Atmosphere Please bring your international mindset, good mood, and good manners. Transparency Regarding the Rent You might notice the rent is higher than average. This is due to the high quality of living and the current economic situation: Rising Interest Rates: Financing costs increased significantly due to mortgage rates rising from 2.25% in 2015 to around 3.8%-4.3% recently (and one mortgage rate is around 6.7%). Massive Investments: Since 2013, over 120, 000 has been invested to keep the house in top condition (new roof, new heating, new bathrooms, and in 2025 alone: new windows and doors). Future Energy Standards: To comply with EU green energy laws (reaching Class C by 2033), reserves must be built for upcoming renovations estimated at 50k-200k.
